To help me plan this Sunday’s menu, I interviewed Chef Ema Quevedo  for menu planning tips and dish suggestions. I’m excited to share these dishes with you and can’t wait to see which dish you’ll try.  Seahawks and Broncos fans may be rooting for different teams but they’ll both declare you the winner when you cook up one of these tasty dishes!

Planning Tips to Make Your Big Game Party A Success on Super Bowl Sunday

  • Chef Ema suggests picking a diverse menu so that all your guests will enjoy the food.
  • Many of these dishes can be prepped a day in advance. Chop your onions, garlic, peppers, etc.  and place them in sealed containers for use the next day.
  • Most dips taste better if prepared a day in advance. This allows all the flavors to really blend together.
  • Don’t fret over a theme. The best theme is to decorate using the colors of the two teams. The goal is to have fun and enjoy the food!
